how does it work?

Working with Super Secret Arts Advisory starts with a with principal Toby Singer. You’ll discuss your artistic journey and background, where you stand right now, and where you are looking to go in the future. Then, you have two options:

 

Super Secret Advising: a once-a-month, bi-monthly, or weekly advising and mentorship session with Toby that covers strategic planning, your ongoing challenges, and the questions that arise in your work. Toby will help keep you on track - it's basically artist therapy!

If your needs are more substantial or complicated, Toby can work with you to make a plan.

what do we help with?

​Among other things, we can help with:

grant strategy, proofreading and editing narratives, honing missions and values

annual giving strategy, social circle analysis, and prospect research

for-profit partnership and sponsorship strategy, pitch development and support

event strategy and planning, budgeting, timelines, and revenue analysis

crowdfunding planning including platforms, rewards, and editing

big picture strategy, including creating a ‘portfolio’ of sources and future planning

not-for-profit feasibility analysis including 501c3 and fiscal sponsorship

what does it cost? 

The initial consultation is totally free.

 

Afterwards, Super Secret advising sessions are priced on a sliding scale.

 

Rates for larger projects vary considerably based on the scope of work involved.

have a larger project? 

For those clients who have more substantial needs, Super Secret is also available for larger scale consulting work, including overall strategy, grant writing, fundraising for large projects, and ongoing consulting work.
